I think it's a pretty safe statement that no one knows what Gonzo is. We know he's a weirdo, and that he's blue, and that he's a Muppet, and that he's a chicken lover. No, he doesn't like to eat them - he really loves them, Camilla most particularly.

I'm delighted to say that my long search for a good children's movie (after a long drought) has come to an end. I watched "The Country Bears" with my kids this afternoon, and we all loved it.

In "The Muppets Take Manhattan," Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie and the rest of the gang have just graduated from college. Kermit has written, produced and starred in a musical for the closing finale for the school year, and his fellow graduates think he should take it and the entire cast to Broadway.

When I saw that "Inspector Gadget" the movie had a sequel, with a different star, no less, I hoped it would be better than the first attempt at turning this cartoon into a live-action movie. It was different. It was less violent. Was it better? Well, it was sillier.
